Appellant Albert Nava was convicted by jury of two counts of robbery (Pen. Code,*fn2 § 211), one count of petty theft (§§ 484/488), one count of assault (§ 240) and one count of assault by means of force likely to produce great bodily injury (§ 245, subd. (a)(1)).
